How do I get in touch?

The best way to get in touch with us is via email to contact@procedur.al, you'll usually get a response in about a day or less.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing, at the moment we offer free shipping.

We ship worldwide, though shipping time may differ between countries. Check out the shipping times just below 👇

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It depends on where you want your order shipped to. Usually shipping to USA takes 5-7 business days; to Europe, Canada, and Australia 7-12 business days; and 10-20 business days to the rest of the world. Keep in mind these estimations don't include order fulfillment time, which takes about 2-7 business days.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

All orders are final once they enter production. If you contact us at contact@procedur.al before your order enters production (usually within the first 24 hours after ordering), we may be able to offer you a refund. Once your order has started production we won't be able to offer you that option.

How can I track the status of my order?

You'll receive an email the moment we ship out your order, in most cases this email will include a tracking number you can use to follow its status.
